I didn’t receive the meeting link for a webinar I registered for.

If you registered for a workshop or webinar but didn’t receive the Zoom meeting link, try the steps below.


1. Re-register for the Event

Sometimes the confirmation email may not send if the email address was entered incorrectly.

Please try registering again and carefully type out your email address to ensure there are no typos.


2. Try a Different Browser

If the registration page didn’t submit properly due to a browser or connectivity issue, try registering again using a different browser.


3. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

The confirmation email containing the Zoom link may have been filtered by your email provider. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders.


4. Contact Support

If you’ve tried the steps above and still don’t see the confirmation email, please contact our support team. We can check the registration on our end and help ensure you receive the meeting details.
